Case updates
Every entry below is dated and posted by the case team: filings, hearing dates, rulings, settlement news, and attorney general activity. If you have joined the claim, this page plus your case dashboard are the two places progress shows up.
State attorney general offices can now be given a read-only seat that shows the enrollments, provider accounts, and attached documents filed from their own state. Access is granted per state by the case team, and documents are released through single-use expiring links with every download logged.
Providers outside Minnesota can now file through the state checklist so each submission matches the questions their own attorney general office asks. Enrollments are grouped by state so each office receives only the records filed from its jurisdiction.
The first consolidated packet was assembled from member enrollments, first-hand provider accounts, and attached documents. It covers unpaid and short-paid work orders, post-completion deductions, deactivations that removed access to dispute records, and scoring penalties tied to buyer-side cancellations. Members who joined before this date are included in the exhibit index.
