• The exact provider terms version and choice-of-law language you accepted.
• Why the conduct is a practice rather than a one-off buyer dispute.
• Your residence state, the state where the work was physically performed, and whether you worked as an individual or through an entity.
• The work order number, buyer name, accepted scope, accepted rate, and the date you accepted it.
• Completion date, approval or rejection date, and the date any dispute was opened.
• The amount claimed unpaid, reduced, offset, or deducted, with the payout ledger line for each figure.
• Any account action (warning, suspension, termination) with its date and the stated reason.
• Any score change relied on by buyers, with before/after values and dates.
• Every communication channel used: platform messages, email, phone log, support ticket numbers.
