Process · Sign-up to submitted story
Six stages, in order. Nothing is filed on your behalf — you write your own account, attach your own records, and decide what is published.
Register at the sign-in page with your email and a password. You confirm the email link before your member page unlocks, which keeps someone else from filing under your name.
Create an accountOn your member page you confirm your name, state, the role you worked in, the period involved, and the amount at issue, then tick the two consent boxes — contact and counted in the group.
Open my member pageAdd one entry per issue: what happened, the dates, the amount, and what you were told. Choose whether it stays private to reviewers or is offered for the public story wall under a display name.
Add an experienceLog each link, statement, or notice in the source record and upload the PDF or screenshot. Every item gets an exhibit reference and a read-only audit line, so nothing can be quietly edited later.
Go to source recordA reviewer reads submissions offered for publication and marks them approved or declined. You get an email when the status changes, and your member dashboard shows the count at any time.
How classification worksApproved stories appear on the public wall with read and download counters, and enrollments plus documents become visible to the attorney general office for your state through the portal.

Yes. Your member page has a data export and a deletion request, and both actions are written to your activity log.
File the experience anyway with the dates and amounts you remember, then add documents to the source record as you recover them.
