Tell us what happened to you — and nothing about anyone else.
Submissions are stored in a private record that cannot be read from this website. Only reviewing counsel retrieves them. Send facts you can document, and keep third-party data out.
Do not include:- Customer or end-client names, site addresses, and site access details
- Login credentials, one-time codes, badge or gate codes
- Social security numbers, EINs, tax forms, or bank account numbers
- Photos containing other people, faces, or serial-numbered equipment you do not own
- Anyone else's personal data, including other providers' contact details
- Anything you are under a confidentiality obligation not to disclose
Describe documents instead of pasting them ("payout ledger export for work order 12345"). Log those documents in the source record and keep the originals unaltered.
